Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  You’ve asked a great question! At Columbus Ohio House Buyers, transparency is key. Our approach is simple and honest. We carefully analyze factors such as the property’s location, necessary repairs, current condition, and the market value of similar homes recently sold in the area. Agents provide a great service for those that can wait 6 to 12 months to sell and who don’t mind giving up some of that sale price to pay for the commissions. But that’s where we’re different.
